Forgotten People is a member of Hada’asidi (the “Watchmen” or “Vigilant Ones”) on the Navajo Nation, organized for public purposes, and advocacy on behalf of the Navajo People that are adversely affected by the fiscal misconduct and abuses of fiduciary and trust responsibilities of the Navajo Nation Council. Hada’asidi seeks to curb illegal and excessive actions by the Navajo Nation Council to prevent abuses of fiduciary and trust responsibilities that are owed to the Navajo People. Hada’asidi asserts the peoples’ rights under Navajo Fundamental and Traditional law to achieve the right to a Navajo Nation government that is transparent and assures the human right of freedom from corruption.
